What You Will Learn
Build the skills needed to take a PPF project from initial inspection to final delivery.
Vehicle preparation
Inspect paint, record existing damage, clean surfaces, and prepare edges and gaps.
Patterns and film alignment
Select and prepare vehicle-specific patterns and position the film accurately.
Installation techniques
Control slip and tack, use correct squeegee pressure, and manage stretch and tension.
Complex panels and finishing
Practice working around bumpers, mirrors, curves, recesses, edges, and corners.
Quality control
Identify and correct contamination, wrinkles, bubbles, alignment issues, and lifting edges.
Hands-On Training on Real Vehicles
Learn through supervised participation in real shop projects, using vehicles with different shapes, panel access, and installation challenges.
Your instructor will demonstrate techniques, review your work, and help you correct mistakes. With only one trainee accepted each month, guidance can adapt to your progress.
You will follow the complete workflow: inspect, prepare, install, finish, check, and prepare the vehicle for delivery. Your involvement in customer projects will depend on your progress and each project’s requirements.
